Welcome! I am a Licensed Professional Counselor who enjoys working with individuals, couples, and families with a variety of diagnoses and challenges including anxiety, ADHD, depression, trauma, autism, and conduct disorders with those as young as 3 years old well into late adulthood. I aim to walk with clients on their journey of growth and development using principles of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Trauma-Informed Care and Motivational Interviewing in combination with a strength-based and client-centered approach.
My aim with each of my clients is to meet them with a safe, comfortable space at whatever point in their journey they are on. Through a strong therapeutic relationship, mutual acceptance, and an authentic environment, I work to equip each client with the confidence to find their sources of empowerment, coping, motivation and strength to adapt to, overcome or challenge any roadblock within their path.
