Do you struggle with intense emotions that are difficult to control? Do you sometimes act impulsively because the weight of the emotions feels too great? If so then I might be able to help. I specialize in working with individuals with emotional sensitivity who struggle with emotional dysregulation. I can help you manage impulsive urges, relieve emotional suffering, and improve your relationships. Our sessions will incorporate a balance of emotional validation/processing paired with tangible and concrete skills.

My training extends to Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Panic Control treatments. I enjoy working with clients who are emotionally sensitive, including those diagnosed with Borderline Personality Disorder.

There’s always going to be reasons to not make time for yourself. The perfect time doesn’t exist so make the choice to prioritize yourself.
