Our sessions will incorporate a balance of emotional validation/processing paired with tangible and concrete skills.
My training extends to Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Panic Control treatments. I enjoy working with clients who are emotionally sensitive, including those diagnosed with Borderline Personality Disorder.
