I see my role as a therapist as being a partner in change. I’m here to help explore what you truly want for yourself and join with you in the journey to getting there.

As a therapist, I am solution focused and goal oriented in my work with the individuals who come to see me. I come from a systems perspective where we will look at all aspects of your life to identify areas for growth. Together we will establish goals and identify action steps to get you to where you want to be.

I worked for several years in the nonprofit world in various parts of the country before settling in Colorado. I have worked in a variety of treatment settings throughout the Denver area and bring the culmination of all these experiences into my practice. My work is deeply rooted in narrative therapy, CBT and ACT, and I move between these modalities to best fit the needs of my clients. Topics I address in therapy include depression, anxiety, life transitions, women’s issues, relationships and substance use.
