Like many therapists, I was drawn to this path because of my fascination with the intricacies of human psychology. Being human is an incredible experience, and it’s really hard, too. My hope is that through therapy, you can make sense of your experiences, your challenges, and what it means to be human.

I strive to help my clients adapt to the stressors of our modern world through psychotherapy, neurofeedback and EMDR to reduce unwanted symptoms. I utilize a holistic lens in my therapy sessions by combining research and training in neuroscience and biofeedback as well as mindfulness-based practices. I look forward to working with clients to identify their goals, strengths, and ways to build meaningful and sustainable change.

Outside of work, I’m usually in the mountains or doing something active. I love all things Colorado, including skiing, hiking, and running. I also really love to read, make pottery, practice yoga, and enjoy yummy food with friends.
