I view therapy as a journey of empowerment, helping you reconnect with your inner sense of safety, confidence, and agency. With a blend of “bottom-up” and “top-down” approaches, my practice draws from Internal Family Systems (IFS), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), and Accelerated Experiential Dynamic Psychotherapy (AEDP). I focus on the deep connection between mind, body, and the nervous system, creating a sense of safety internally and externally, so you can engage in honest self-reflection, reprocess trauma, heal, and embrace authenticity.
