  • Teletherapy/Virtual Sessions

As a master therapist of 33 years, as well as the beneficiary of self-inquiry and deep inner work, I bring a wealth of experience.

My approach is one of open hearted curiosity and compassion that builds safety and trust. Being deeply witnessed presents an opportunity to gain awareness, reflect/ reframe and engage in parts work. Skills and processes are provided for integration and ever greater access to internal guidance that allows for expanded capacity to reach your greatest potential and create the life you truly desire.

It is my passion and honor to work with others on their own unique journey, through challenging times of transition or stagnation that can create stress, anxiety, depression, crisis and/or trauma.

The modalities I use are Psychodynamic, Family Systems, Internal Family Systems Therapy, Transpersonal, Inherited Family Trauma/Ancestor work (Legacy burdens), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Relationship issues (building good communication), Codependency, Anxiety/Depression, Woman’s Issues, Parenting, Addictions, Grief and Loss, Situational and Complex Trauma, Spirituality (Body integrated Mindfulness/meditation, Non-denominational Spiritual Counseling), Chronic Illness, LGBTQ+, Movement and Art Therapy.
