I am an Advanced Integrated Licensed Clinical Social Worker and Addiction Counselor who is passionate about self care, trauma informed care and sustainability in careers. I am an approved clinical supervisor (ACS) and national trainer of Motivational Interviewing (MINT), as well as an adjunct professor for the Graduate School of Social work at Denver University. My mission is to offer support around wellness and recovery. I believe in whole person recovery and healing. I include animal assisted interventions in my work as well as somatic healing. I am trained to deliver Acudetox as well as sound healing and sound baths. Additionally I am a certified group fitness instructor who teaches many formats of Zumba, MixxedFit, Yoga, and Tai Chi. I am a certified Empowerment Relief Instructor for chronic pain. I specialize in program creation and consultation. For 16 years I have been working with communities to recover from trauma and substance use disorders. Recently I became I am a Certified Sacred Ceremonies facilitator. I am a mother, daughter, wife and proud rural Colorado native.
