We all have innate well-being. It is our natural state underlying all the confusion, suffering, reactive habitual patterns, and conditioning we experience.
I believe your well-being matters and can be reclaimed! It is common to feel stuck at times in life. Experiencing the symptoms of anxiety, trauma, stress, grief, or low self-esteem can feel exhausting, overwhelming, confusing, and lonely. Meeting your needs to feel safer, more fulfilled, and more connected can be achieved.
As a Contemplative Psychotherapist with a trauma-informed somatic-based practice, I work with individuals 18 years old and upward.
I offer a welcoming, kind, and non-judgmental space to reclaim the wellness that innately lies within, see the unhelpful patterns that obscure one’s true self, and access the courage to more fully express themselves.
Working together we slow down, pay attention, get curious, and bring warmth to every experience. You learn how to befriend your life, cultivate mindfulness and self-compassion, be with your pain and suffering (self-criticism, shame, anxiety); bravely challenge habitual beliefs, thoughts, or perceptions; and harness the skills to deeply know what brings relief and is helpful.
This is a gateway to living in your skin again–embodied, reconnected to your energy, vitality, and aliveness, present in your life, and in connection with others and the world.
