I work collaboratively with you to explore underlying contributing factors affecting your ability to be present in the way you would like, and bring forward skills you can use in the moment. I specialize in supporting adults to increase a sense of inner balance, navigate transitions in life, manage anxiety, enhance foundations for healthy relationships, and heal from childhood trauma. I use a holistic lens, bringing forward reflection and curiosity for your self-growth and healing. I specialize in supporting pregnancy and postpartum, acknowledging the many felt pressures, feelings, and thoughts that come during this unique and special time.
