Dr. Erin-Lee Kelly is a clinical psychotherapist and educator specializing in sexuality. With a sex-positive point of view she provides compassionate, personalized therapy in a caring environment working with clients around sexuality, intimacy, and relationships. She incorporates a variety of treatment modalities and techniques to support the unique needs of each individual client.
Throughout her counseling career Dr. Kelly has worked to treat a wide range of clinical concerns. Among her areas of expertise are sexual identity, gender variances, sexual preference, sexual intimacy, sexual inhibitions, sexual shame, and self-esteem. Her clientele includes adolescents, adults, couples, families, and groups.
Dr. Kelly extends her knowledge and expertise serving as an adjunct instructor in sociology, group process, human development and family studies, and human sexuality teaching undergraduate, graduate, and doctorial coursework at universities such as Eastern, Gwynedd Mercy, and Penn State. She also leads classes in sexual health education and healthy relationships for adolescents and presents the Sexual Attitude Reassessment (SAR) training at conferences and universities helping professionals to explore and understand their own sexological worldview to better respond to their clients. Dr. Kelly has been featured on the podcast The Landing Strip. She currently serves on the board of directors of Girls Spark, ensuring supportive resources for teen girls facing today’s social issues.
Dr. Kelly earned a Ph.D. in Human Sexuality from Widener University and additionally holds a Master’s of Education in Human Sexuality, Master’s of Science in Clinical Counseling and an undergraduate degree in Sociology. She is a Pennsylvania state Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) and a Nationally Certified Psychologist (NCP). She is a member of the American Association of Sexuality Educators, Counselors, and Therapists (AASECT).
