My goal is to provide a warm, non-judgmental environment to build a comfortable atmosphere to be vulnerable and find support. I offer an eclectic therapy approach to tailor it to the needs of clients including but not limited to humanistic approaches, DBT, CBT, and EMDR. I specialize in trauma, depression, and anxiety.
Many people delay seeking therapy for reasons like they are not ready yet, fear of judgement, it’s difficult to share about their traumatic experiences, if they admit something then it will need to be addressed, general anxiety. It can be an adjustment but I invite you try. Wherever you are on your journey, there is support to be found.
