Jacqueline Lounsbury, MFTC

As an integrative therapist, I take a holistic approach in providing care to couples and individuals, offering a range of modalities based on interest, desire, and personality. In viewing the therapeutic relationship as a collaborative endeavor we can explore the past while being curious about the present. Relationships can be challenging, together we can work on creating cohesion and balance within your closest relationships. I am LGBTQIA+ affirming and conscious of the impacts living under systems of oppression have on us individually and collectively.

With a specialization in Dance/Movement Therapy and advance training in Sex Therapy, I offer options outside of talk therapy that include the expressive arts, nature, and play. My primary goal is to understand your core values and personality, and make efforts to support you in aligning your actions with who you are. I believe movement is medicine.

My approach is based on unconditional positive regard. I offer a safe, non-judgmental space for you to be yourself while gently challenging you to explore and celebrate your strengths. With a warm yet direct therapeutic approach that honors where you are, I draw upon a variety of techniques, including DBT, Eco-Therapy, and Somatic Psychotherapy.
