I’m so glad you’re here! Life can be overwhelming. It’s easy to feel lost or stuck when challenges and uncertainty take over. I want to help you explore ways to bring peace and understanding, even when the path ahead feels unclear. Everyone has a story that deserves to be heard, and I’m here to listen to yours, with compassion and without judgment.

With experience in helping individuals navigate anxiety, depression, trauma, life transitions, and self-esteem challenges, my priority is respecting your unique journey. I embrace your authentic self and believe in your capacity for growth. I have helped clients overcome various challenges—whether it’s managing overwhelming emotions, healing from past experiences, navigating major life changes, or improving relationships. I draw from various evidence-based therapeutic approaches—including Narrative Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Values Work—to tailor our sessions to best fit your needs and goals. This flexible approach ensures that we focus on what works for you, whether that’s rewriting your personal story, challenging unhelpful patterns, or identifying core values that guide your decisions. No matter where you’re starting from, my goal is to create a safe space to help you find the tools to move forward confidently. Together, we will collaborate to discover the answers that empower you to lead a healthier, happier, and more fulfilling life!

Outside of therapy, you’ll likely find me enjoying a few of my favorite hobbies, like cross-stitching, drawing, getting lost in a good book, or watching movies. I’m a huge fan of art, nature, and soaking up the sunshine. I am also a big animal lover—my home is filled with several pets!
