We all strive to be better versions of ourselves. We all need connection, purpose, and meaning to facilitate growth and inspire the change we long for in our lives. I enjoy working with people who are motivated, open, and genuinely curious to learn more about themselves. By allowing the unconscious to become conscious, it can help you experience greater freedom and agency in your life. What obstacles are currently preventing you from having happier, healthier relationships and becoming the best version of yourself? Together we will work to understand your individual needs and learn how to help you attain your therapeutic goals.

I specialize in an integrative approach combining Psychodynamic and Existential-Humanistic approaches grounded in neuroscience. I will help you identify patterns, where they came from, and help you attain more freedom to move forward. We will explore the meaning and purpose in your life to help facilitate authentic connection to yourself and others.

It is commendable that you are reading this right now and even considering taking this step towards change. If we choose to work together, I will work to create an environment where you can explore vulnerable parts of yourself and take risks. I hope to help you know your authentic self and to cultivate deep and meaningful relationships in your life.
