I have two undergraduate degrees and a masters in counseling, but feel I have learned the most about life and counseling through my experiences of being a client, father and partner. I am an avid reader and I’m always learning how to be a better counselor and person. I’m on the same path of healing and understanding my inner world just as my clients are and I love to share the knowledge and inspiration that has been passed on to me.

My approach is simple: Help people find their truth and be more authentic. Most importantly, find love and compassion for yourself so you can share it with others. IFS (Internal Family Systems) is my go to therapeutic approach.

I regularly work with individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, men’s issues, relationship issues, parenting difficulties, and performance anxiety. To me, counseling should be a mixture of acquiring new life skills, accepting our selves and others and getting the support to challenge the beliefs that are not working in our lives.
