Teletherapy/Virtual Sessions

Hi there! Does life seem a little too overwhelming, depressing and unfulfilling? Like you just can’t catch a break? If so, you’re not alone! For some, this feeling can be constant, never ending and a bit suffocating. For others, it can be situational and temporary. Whatever the case may be, you’re searching for relief and you’re in the right place! I can help you reach your goals and find the internal growth and resolve you are looking for. I have a passion for helping others and take a down to earth, collaborative approach. You are the expert in your own life, I am simply here for guidance, encouragement, to offer insight and feedback and help you grow. I like to make the therapy environment comfortable, relaxed and casual.
I have been practicing therapy for over 10 years. I have worked with children, adolescents and adults from all walks of life. I spent several of my earlier years working with adolescents in a wraparound program that involved interfacing with the juvenile justice system and child welfare system. I then moved into a school based program that provided therapy for elementary through high school aged students. After many years of one on one work I decided to take on a new challenge as supervisor of a mental health program. Although my supervisor role was fulfilling I found myself drawn back to the “therapy chair” where I feel I do my best work. Through different modalities and therapeutic techniques I can help you understand your cognitive distortions, problematic thought patterns, process traumas and other painful experiences thereby offering solutions and relief. I have experience with working with all types of mental struggles including but not limited to anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship difficulties, life stressors, etc. I am confident we can work together and help you achieve a life that is meaningful, joyful and authentic!
