Hi, I’m Kate! I primarily work with adolescents and young adults (under 30) to help them develop self esteem and higher satisfaction in their relationship with themselves and the world around them. I am passionate about helping clients navigate life transitions, anxiety, and relationship issues. We will work together to better understand past patterns and develop healthy communication skills.

I help clients learn how to identify emotions, articulate thoughts/feelings, and practice emotional regulation skills. I help young adults embrace change, explore relationships, navigate transitions, and facilitate self discovery.

I have a warm and holistic approach that blends a variety of therapeutic modalities. I assist clients in implementing Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT) principles into their every day life and relationships. Mindfulness, body regulation, breath work are incorporated throughout.
