I specialize in working with teens and young adults who are trying to balance feelings of anxiety, dealing with a life change or stressor, and looking to connect with themselves on a deeper level. You may know that you want things to be different in your life, but you’re feeling stuck with where to begin. I use an integrative and relational approach, meaning I will use a combination of therapeutic techniques depending on your individualized needs and treatment goals. My approach is warm, relatable, compassionate, playful, and very human. My ultimate goal is to provide a space for you to share your story and feel not just heard, but truly seen and understood. I incorporate mind-body practices, EMDR, ‘parts work’, Synergetic Play Therapy, CBT, and mindfulness into my work with clients.
I am a licensed clinical social worker (LCSW). I received my Bachelors in Social Work from Colorado State University in 2016 and my Masters in Social Work from MSU Denver in 2018. In my free time, I enjoy spending time with my family, hiking, doing yoga, painting, and reading.
I want to help you feel connected to your truest self, make sustainable change, and bring more joy back into your life. If this sounds like something you are looking for, I would love to connect with you!
