Tired, stressed, and anxious. Do these words describe you? Are you struggling to deal with your current life situation, stuck in the past or worried about the future? Through education and guided practice, you can learn new ways of coping and unravel negative thought processes that have lead you to get stuck in unhealthy and unproductive patterns. I want to come alongside you in your journey towards change and a better, more upbeat future. I will be your biggest advocate and encourager while you dive headfirst into discovering aspects of yourself that you never knew existed. I will cheer you along the way while you embark on your path of conquering your fears and starting to understand your true self.

How I partner with you typically is done in what’s called an “eclectic theoretical approach”. This is fancy talk for I look at you as a whole person and tailor my approach to your individual needs. Some of these approaches include Attachment Theory, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Trauma-informed, and Systems Theory. I can also provide faith-based or non faith-based counseling depending on your preferences.

Part of why I became a counselor is I experienced the beauty and relief that came with finally feeling whole on my own journey through therapy and my faith. I wanted to share this wisdom with others! I love watching clients have the “light bulb moment” when they piece together why they have gotten stuck in certain behavioral patterns. I enjoy having clients become in-touch with their past hurts and traumas and accepting them as part of their story to begin the healing process.

Are you ready to start your journey toward healing? Begin today. Reach out to me and let’s chat.
