I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with extensive experience working with children and families. I have worked in school settings providing individual and family therapy, as well as supporting students, parents, and teachers in creating supportive school environments. I have also worked in community settings providing intensive in-home behavioral support and parent coaching and in private practice supporting adults experiencing trauma and relationship stressors. I am passionate about supporting individuals in building compassion for themselves and reframing stories to build more authentic, connected lives.
Using play therapy and other modalities, I work with children and adolescents struggling with anxiety, those who are struggling to cope with current or past stressful events, and those with challenging behaviors at home and school. I also work with adults to support those with trauma-related stressors, parenting struggles, self-esteem, and daily life challenges. I offer a compassionate, nonjudgmental space to explore parts of yourself and gain greater insights into your stories and how they impact how you show up with yourself and others. I am trained in EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing Therapy) and use this with clients who choose to.
I believe in your innate ability to move toward healing and wholeness, and I would be honored to join you in rediscovering that for yourself.
