Kristen (she/her), MA, LPCC, NCC is a Licensed Professional Counselor Candidate in Colorado. She received her Master’s degree from Colorado State University and has specialized training in maternal mental health from Postpartum Support International and perinatal loss and grief through The Seleni Institute. Kristen is passionate about supporting birthing individuals and parents in the perinatal and postpartum period, as well as ongoing support through the various stages of parenting. In addition, she is passionate about working with parents and families of special needs or medically complex children, as Kristen is a parent of a child with high medical needs. Kristen also brings a specialty in career counseling and recognizes the unique role that a career has in life, particularly for mothers and birthing individuals. Through supporting clients in these areas, her goal is to create a safe and supportive space where the client can feel seen and understood as we work together toward healing.
