I enjoy working with adults, adolescents, and couples, and I offer an eclectic approach to therapy: often using a combination of art therapy with person-centered, relational, trauma-informed, and existential approaches alongside ACT, DBT, and CBT interventions. I work with those struggling with anxiety, depression, ADHD, relationships, communication, and trauma. I also have a particular passion for aging, end of life, and grief & loss work.
