Sometimes in life, our ability to cope is no longer sufficient to get us through challenges or even day-to-day. This can leave us feeling anxious, depressed, and at times, out of control. Therapy with me can help you regain control in your life, address past wounds, develop healthier coping skills, build resilience and heal.
