Life is hard sometimes. Really hard. It takes courage to seek a more fulfilling and happier life and to take the first steps towards change. I am here to support and empower you. I’ve been told by previous clients that they think my strengths are my kindness, insightfulness, the ability to focus on goals, and feelings of support. I enjoy working with those who are 15 years old and older who are faced with anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, or who are having difficulty adjusting to life circumstances. I believe my best sessions happen when it feels like you talking to a close friend.
In therapy, we will work together to develop a treatment plan that supports you achieving your mental health goals. I will teach you tools that target the behaviors and feelings you’d like to change (if needed). Therapy will look slightly different for everyone but may include examining your thoughts and looking at behavioral patterns to spur change.
