I am here to help. With my training in Emotionally Focused Therapy with a focus on attachment, I work with individuals, couples, and families to foster better communication and emotional understanding. Outside of my practice, I love spending time with my husband of 25 years, our two teenage sons, and our two energetic dogs. When I am not working, you can find me hiking, skiing, or curled up watching a movie. Growing up on a farm, I have developed a passion for gardening—especially growing tomatoes in my small Denver backyard. I find joy in digging in the dirt and watching things grow, much like the therapeutic journey. Though growth can be slow, it is always worth the effort.
