Welcome to my practice. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor, an Approved Clinical Supervisor, and a Clinically Certified Sex Offender Therapist who works with adult individuals, couples, and families. I hold a Master’s Degree from Villanova University. I use a holistic and psychodynamic approach. This includes CBT, mindfulness, and solution-focused modalities.

This is the first step to living your best life. You may be struggling with issues related to sex, sexuality, and gender identity. You may have trust or abandonment issues due to past relationship traumas that are affecting your current relationships. These may be things that are holding you back from experiencing the healthy love, intimacy, and satisfying relationships that you deserve. Often times, it is something from your past that may be blocking your growth. Sometimes, due to these issues you may be thinking and behaving in ways that no longer serve you. I work with individuals, couples, families and groups from diverse backgrounds.

My clinical expertise includes creating a safe space for the exploration of issues including sexuality, depression, anxiety, relationship problems, communication, grief, and trauma. One of my clinical specialties is rapport building with the ability to establish meaningful clinical relationships with authenticity, emotional safety, patience, and warmth. I assist patients on how to engage and empower themselves and to identify and dismantle unhealthy patterns, unpack shame, discover strengths and develop healthy coping strategies.

I graduated in 2005 from Villanova University and I holds a Masters of Science Degree in counseling, psychology and human services. I am a licensed professional counselor and have been practicing for 17 years. I use a holistic and psychodynamic approach. This includes CBT, mindfulness, and solution focused modalities when treating clients. I prefers to meet clients where they are and build rapport, which is where growth and change happens. Lets find a solution that works best for you.
