I believe my role as a licensed clinical social worker is to provide a space to process feelings/emotions, gain insight into behavioral patterns, and develop coping strategies and increased self-awareness. I believe it is important to work collaboratively to identify therapy goals and determine the techniques and strategies that will work best for you in order to find improved wellbeing, personal growth, and to live a more meaningful life.

I have extensive experience working in healthcare settings and specialize in providing support for those impacted by chronic or acute illness -whether this impacts you personally or you are impacted as a support person. My other areas of expertise include depression, anxiety, trauma, and life transitions. I utilize a blend of many different therapeutic modalities including Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Mindfulness, and EMDR.

I am a Colorado native and love being outside in nature, especially hiking with my family. I love yoga, cooking and enjoy finding more opportunities for mindfulness and personal growth in my own life.
