I am a wholistic psychotherapist trained in Gestalt Therapy, a body-centered and mindfulness-based approach to healing. My work weaves together my knowledge of mental health, mind-body science, Eastern traditions, and spiritual transformation. I am passionate about supporting my clients in listening to their body’s wisdom and cultivating a more intimate relationship with self, others, and the universe at large. I enjoy working with people navigating stress, anxiety and depression, life transitions, and relationship challenges. I use she/her pronouns and am of Ashkenazi Jewish descent.
I hold a MA in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Naropa University and a BA in Psychology from Florida International University, as well as certifications in Integrative Nutrition and Yoga. I’m a lover of sunshine, nature, art and music. When I’m not working you can find me sipping herbal tea while absorbed in a good book, spending time outside, tracking the astrological transits, and playing with my pup.
