Natalie is passionate about helping her clients cultivate self-knowledge and confidence so they can feel empowered to navigate through life’s journeys. She believes in helping clients to access their authentic selves to use as a roadmap. Natalie is particularly interested in issues such as self-esteem, relationships, anxiety, cultural issues, and intergenerational trauma.

Some of Natalie’s preferred modalities include Acceptance and Commitment Therapy and mindfulness practices.
