Whatever it is you are struggling with, know that you are not alone. There is always hope. Hope for positive change, hope to heal, find freedom, and to journey forward with confidence!

I conduct therapy mainly using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), which focuses on replacing negative thought patterns with healthy ones. I also employ a variety of other techniques and modalities including EMDR, REBT, IFS, Narrative therapy, mindfulness, and meditation exercises. It all depends on your situation and needs. I specialize in Christian counseling and am glad to integrate faith and spirituality to the degree you desire.

Regardless of your story, know you are welcome! Having went through counseling myself, I know change is often not easy. But after 10 years of serving in pastoral care and counseling, I can help you find hope even in the darkest of times!
