My name is Qiana Torres Flores, LPC. In my years as a counselor, I have worked with socially and culturally diverse clients with a range of needs including crisis care, individual therapy, and my personal favorite, group therapy. So many things are going on in the world in addition to our everyday stresses. Together these stresses compound and make it exceptionally difficult to be human. In addition to being a listening ear, my goal is to offer practical skills that make a positive difference in your life overall. I use a multicultural clinical mental health lens with all my clients and draw from systemic and dialectical behavior therapy theories with room to adjust my approach to meet your needs.
