I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in Colorado and a Licensed Clinical Marriage and Family Therapist (LCMFT) in Kansas, practicing since 2022. I have a passion for helping individuals, couples, and families navigate life’s transitions, relational conflicts, and personal challenges. Whether you’re a young adult facing new changes, a couple working through communication struggles, or a family seeking deeper connection, I strive to create a space where you feel heard, supported, and empowered.
I became a therapist because I’ve always been drawn to understanding relationships and the ways people grow through life’s challenges. I believe that healing happens in connection, and my goal is to walk alongside my clients as they navigate the ups and downs of life. My therapeutic approach is flexible and client-centered, meeting you where you are and working toward the goals that matter most to you. I draw from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), trauma-informed care, and solution-focused therapy to help clients develop insight and practical strategies for meaningful change.
Above all, I see therapy as a collaborative process—I help my clients explore their needs, uncover strengths, and move toward the growth they seek. If you’re looking for a therapist who is adaptable, compassionate, and committed to working with you on your unique journey, I would love to connect.
