Sabrina Sherman, LSW

Sabrina enjoys working with children, teens, adults and couples. In her work she uses a mixture of mind body practices and cognitive behavioral therapy. She is also a big proponent of offering her clients coping tools that can help support them in between sessions when times are particularly challenging. Sabrina’s approach with children/teens utilizes a combination of play therapy, art therapy and when possible experiential therapy. Sabrina’s approach to couples counseling incorporates elements of EFT. Sabrina has experience treating clients from all backgrounds but is especially passionate about working with clients who are struggling with anxiety, trauma, women’s issues, relationships, attachment issues, parenting, financial struggles and disordered eating.

Education

Sabrina graduated from the University of Denver with a master’s in social work and a certificate in Animal Assisted Social Work.
