Navigating today’s world is a challenge full of constant changes and stressors, most out of our control. There are generational gaps causing rifts in families, work, and online. Maybe it’s time to face the past so you can learn how to manage the future. Or does every day feel harder than it should, and you want to learn how to work with your mind rather than against it? Whatever the challenges, you don’t have to carry that weight alone.

I’ve spent many years helping those who’ve experienced trauma. I use interventions such as relational based, psychodynamic, and trauma focused therapy to help clients understand their experiences and find healing. I also discovered a passion working with adults with ADHD. As a neurodivergent myself, I understand the challenge each day brings.

As a trauma trained therapist, I won’t be scared off by what you bring. Finding guidance is the half the challenge of change. If you’re ready to discover more about yourself, process experiences, or learn tools to navigate life, let’s schedule a consultation and begin this journey together!
