Hi, I’m Sarah Smith, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and Registered Play Therapist. I help kids, adults, and families navigate life’s ups, downs, and “what the heck do I do now?” moments. For kids, I use Play Therapy, mindfulness, and EMDR (for trauma) to help with emotional regulation and healthy coping—all through play, because let’s be honest, sitting and talking isn’t exactly a child’s favorite activity. I also support parents because raising tiny humans is not for the faint of heart, and sometimes you just need someone to help you decode the chaos.

For adults, whether you’re feeling stuck, anxious, or just wondering how everyone else seems to have it together (spoiler: they don’t), I offer a supportive space to figure things out. Using EMDR, CBT, Parts Work, Mindfulness, Somatic practices, and other approaches, we’ll work on building resilience, self-compassion, and a life that feels more balanced.
Therapy doesn’t have to feel intimidating. If you’re ready to take the next step (or just curious), let’s chat!
