Finding your path as an individual or as a couple is a process. Sometimes it helps to express your thoughts and feelings in order to look at them from another perspective and decide if the current direction is working for you. Saturday Therapy has appointments available when you have time to look at life in more depth and renew your goals and the strategies in place to meet them.

Sharon is an experienced mental health therapist providing telehealth therapy for individuals and couples, ages 12 and up on Saturdays. She provides trauma-informed therapy for clients of diverse backgrounds using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Mindfulness Based Cognitive Therapy, Emotionally Focused Therapy, Internal Family Systems, EMDR, and other strategies. She is professional and focused on providing a custom solution to help you navigate the ups and downs of life.
