Stephanie McElroy, MFTC is a Marriage and Family Therapy Candidate in Colorado. She received her Masters of Arts in Marriage and Family Therapy from Regis University. Stephanie has been working in the mental health field for four years, and since
graduating has been working with individuals seeking help for treatment-resistant depression with both traditional talk-therapy and ketamine-assisted therapy techniques. She enjoys working with anxiety, ADHD, trauma, grief, and bi-polar disorder. Throughout her education, Stephanie developed a keen interest in working with couples, and desires to make this the main focus for her practice, including a certification in sex therapy.
Stephanie utilizes a mixture of Emotion-Focused, Attachment-Based, Narrative, and Cognitive-Processing Therapy to support her clients’ unique experiences and goals. She is grounded in empathy, curiosity, and a deep belief in the capacity for change and growth.
