Hi! I am a seasoned therapist licensed in Colorado and Florida. With over 20 years of experience, I specialize in supporting adults dealing with anxiety disorders, ADHD/ADD, stress, trauma/PTSD, and family issues including complex trauma (C-PTSD) stemming from childhood experiences and family dysfunction.

Treatment methods
My treatment approach is eclectic and mostly combines cognitive behavioral (CBT), solution-focused, and compassion-focused therapeutic techniques tailored for you, the individual.

Through my experience over the years assisting clients with working through a myriad of stressful situations and mental or emotional issues, an eclectic approach, utilizing the most effective therapeutic tools in alignment with the situation has been most successful.

In our first session together, we’ll go over the specific challenges you are facing and your expectations or goals for therapy. This will help with creating an individualized plan for us to work through in future sessions.

My communication style is open, non-judgmental and compassionate. Having worked as a licensed therapist for the past two decades, I have vast knowledge of therapeutic techniques and insight into human dynamics. With empathy and expertise, this is a safe space where you can explore your innermost thoughts and emotions without judgment. Every session is a step forward on your journey towards healing and wholeness.
