More bad days than good? Believe you’re just not good enough? Maybe you’ve lost trust in yourself, others, or even the world at large. If so, let’s connect. Together, let’s help you rekindle trust in yourself and integrate mind, body, and spirit. Emotional wealth is possible.

I am passionate about mental health, vulnerability, and connecting with people in a genuine way. I celebrate ALL identities: all races, religions, sexual orientations, gender identities, disabilities, ethnicities, bodies, and people. Grounding my work in cultural humility, I believe everyone is the expert of their own unique lived experiences.

Hypnotherapy & Eye Movement Desensitization & Reprocessing therapy (EMDR) are primary approaches I take to address a wide variety of issues. These approaches are effective in moving through our “old stuff” to make way for living a vibrant, resilient life.
