Amy Lynch, LCSW

I provide trauma conscious and trained psychotherapy focusing on telling and making sense of your story to heal yourself, the generations behind and before you. We explore the healing journey together through the use of somatic processing and experiencing, nervous system regulation and practical thought work.

Through the use nervous system regulation, somatic processing, and trauma conscious therapy interventions we explore and invite new neural pathways and nervous system responses, allowing movement from survival to regulation and from merely existing to thriving in the continual evolution of who you are.

The people I work best with are those that are trying so hard in this wide, wild world, making differences in some form or another and also feeling like they are tired.
The people that seem drawn to working with me are, and I say this from their own loving voice, misfits! My caseload has a lot of neurodivergent brains, spiritual folxs, many are part of the LGBTQIA+ family. Many are creative and kind, and many are high achieving and dedicated to leaving this world better than they found it.

We invite implications and consequences of complex trauma, intergenerational trauma, the repercussions of late stage capitalism, deliberately racist systems, the pain of patriarchy and strict heteronormative beliefs and ideologies into recognizing where you are getting your stories of not enoughness from.

My work embodies the power, belief, and hope in the capability, capacity, and ability for trauma healing and integration and holds that mental health well being is an inherent right for every body, mind, and soul.
Your healing impacts my healing, impacts our healing, impacts the world. This is a big deal y’all and I’m here for all of it, learning and growing alongside you, showing up in my highest and my best, with my cup of tea and a red lip!

I am a mother, a partner, queer, neurodivergent, poly, highly sensitive, deliberate about regulating my dopamine levels, I am biracial and am of Mexican and Irish descent and funny to boot! I look forward to connecting with you.
