Aubrey has a passion for supporting parents, and those who work with children and adolescents. This support can look like validation and understanding, as well as providing education and tools in areas related to age/stage, unknown triggers, big emotions, and beyond. Aubrey utilizes her more than 10 years of education and experience in human development, learning and behavioral challenges, ADHD symptoms, sensory struggles, and parenting practices to provide holistic approaches to a variety of concerns. Aubrey has a strong belief that when parents feel successful, kids feel successful.
When working with Aubrey, you will notice an emphasis on a strengths-based process, trauma-informed perspectives, and a tailored approach to meeting her clients where they are, and as they are. A priority of her work is to build judgment-free therapeutic relationships where tearful moments are always welcome, and laughter is highly encouraged.
Outside of work, Aubrey enjoys outdoor concerts, creating art with a variety of mediums, watching the clouds, singing with friends, acting in local theater, and finding the joy and laughter in life wherever she roams.
