Hello and welcome! My name is Charity Rauls and I’m a licensed therapist specializing in helping adults heal from trauma and PTSD. I believe that everyone has the capacity to heal and grow, and I’m dedicated to helping my clients overcome their past experiences and live fulfilling lives. My primary modalities are EMDR and parts work, both of which are evidence-based and effective in treating trauma-related conditions.
I also work with attachment issues and healing the inner child, as I believe that early experiences can have a lasting impact on our lives. In addition, I enjoy working with those who have experienced spiritual/religious harm from their religious communities. I have lived experience with this myself, which gives me a unique perspective on helping folks heal.
