I am a Licensed Professional Counselor with over 20 years of experience in a variety of clinical settings. I specialize in working with adults dealing with unresolved trauma, post-traumatic stress disorder, moderate anxiety and depression, ADHD, obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD), bipolar disorder, adjustment disorder, phobias, narcissistic abuse, relationship issues, codependency, people pleasing, perfectionism, stress management and low self-esteem. I also work with empaths and highly sensitive people. I offer a personalized approach tailored to each person’s particular needs to facilitate the most effective therapy. I provide tools, techniques and guided clearings to heal your issues.

I will listen to your needs and provide supportive guidance as you move toward healing. My approach is results-oriented, open minded, creative and holistic. Healing is a process that typically happens in layers. It requires courage, forgiveness, letting go, understanding, perseverance, trust and patience.
