I have always been curious about people, how they see the world, how they see themselves, and how they make meaning in their lives. My life experiences have taught me that our lives can change at any time, and we are all doing the best we can at every moment. Sometimes change is expected, and other times it can surprise us. Times of change often left me feeling alone, misunderstood, or longing for meaningful connections. They were a catalyst for my interest in learning and finding how to deeply connect, finding strength in our differences, increasing intimacy, and engaging in mutual decision making.

My gift is my unconditional positive regard for others as they navigate the swift and ever changing tides of relationships and life. I support couples and families in discovering and sustaining their connection with each other in meaningful and enriching ways. I begin by creating a non-judgmental and supportive environment where you can more easily access your own internal resources. I encourage acceptance of your full self and of others. Acknowledging my own privilege, I invite others who are different from me to share their unique experiences and honor these with curiosity and validation. My focus is on the here and now, increasing self awareness, and practicing vulnerability. Sessions are a place to explore past hurts, future longings, and the role that each person wants to play in their life.

I enjoy outdoor activities such as hiking and kayaking, spending time with friends and family, and reading in my free time.
