I am licensed as a Clinical Social Worker with over ten years of experience working with children, adolescents, young adults and families in home-based family services, community mental health and primary care medical settings. My areas of practice include anxiety, depression, trauma, developmental transitions, family transitions, attachment, behavioral challenges, and parenting support.
I work to provide a warm and authentic space for clients to build resilience using a strengths-based approach. My style includes elements of mindfulness, play, and experiential work. As a pediatric provider, I believe it is essential to honor children’s and adolescent’s roles within their family systems and I work collaboratively with parents, school and community to provide comprehensive support.
