I provide therapy to Queer and Neurodivergent people by focusing on making ease of change through reflection, intention, and learning to feel. People who seek out the my help generally have not had the space or guidance to explore the complexity of thier identity, which often leads to feelings of worry and confusion.
I help people reconnect to their unique inner landscape through exploration of the mind & body connection. In our work together you can expect to begin to heal and accept the past, envision and move toward your future, all while gaining tools to stay embodied in the present. The ambiguity of change keeps us clinging to the past, and trying to control the future. This disequilibrium pulls us away from our present self in an effort to escape. It is my responsibility to make ease of change by creating a space where growth can occur.
