I help adults and older adolescents with anxiety, ADHD and trauma to manage stress and navigate healthy relationships, so they can overcome shame, feel more confident, and be more connected with others. And if you are on the Autism spectrum or part of the LGBTQIA+ community, I will help you embrace your unique identity and strengths.
It might feel impossible to get to where you want – having someone to navigate the chaos with can help. Our work together will lighten the heavy weight of shame and allow you to lift the mask you’ve been wearing for so long. EMDR, a technique that I am trained in, may help you reprocess and work through old, stuck patterns, including trauma that may be affecting you in the present day – I can help you feel happy and fulfilled again. Together we can work on communication in your relationships while being true to yourself. Our time together will look like talking things out, building skills, and often, deep, wholesome laughs. I will be by your side, holding the torch as you figure out who you are and how to authentically be in the world.
