Teletherapy/Virtual Sessions & In-person Sessions

It can be scary to search for someone to talk to. You’ve made the brave decision to take the first step toward healing and becoming a more authentic and empowered version of yourself. As your therapist, I’ll provide a safe, inviting, and non-judgmental space for you to unravel and explore the parts of yourself that cause internal friction. I’ll guide you toward a greater sense of understanding, compassion, and acceptance.

I specialize in working with adolescents and young adults experiencing anxiety, relationship issues (family, peer, or romantic), school or work stress, life transitions, self-esteem issues, etc. In our work together, we’ll remove the guilt and shame around what’s keeping you stuck. We’ll identify the root causes of obstacles to find the best way for you to handle them according to your unique needs.

My experience in the mental health field spans across various settings including: Wilderness Therapy, In-Home Therapy, shelters and group homes, staff-secured and community-based residential facilities, and now in private practice. I use techniques including CBT, DBT, ACT, and mindfulness and somatic work. I tailor our sessions to what you need in that moment to elicit growth, while still maintaining feelings of safety. I truly look forward to walking with you on this path.
