Janessa’s expertise includes managing mental health when facing like chronic illness or changes in health status; end of life; grief processing after loss; survivorship after illness; change in career/retirement; difficulties in interpersonal and/or romantic relationships, and any other changes faced as one moves through life.

When one experiences these types of stressors, it is a common response to feel lost, like our world has fallen apart as we are faced with making sense of it again.
