Hi, my name is Greg. I’m married, have two kids, two dogs, and a cat. This is not my first career. I’ve taught hot yoga, have a culinary degree, and an M.S. in Finance. I’m originally from Mississippi, but came out to Colorado in 2001 for my undergraduate degree. I love the Rocky Mountains and being outdoors, so I never left.
I’ve been seeing client’s for roughly 1.5 years. My approach exists somewhere between Humanistic and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. When we seek therapy, we are often engulfed in too many emotions which are clouding our ability to see our way out of this state. My style involves creating enough space to lessen this feeling of being overwhelmed so that answers become discoverable. My current strengths include exploring and processing anger, depression, anxiety, and trauma. Let’s work as a team to help you live the life you want!
